Warranty Policy

At WeBuildPCs LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality custom PCs and services. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which we offer support for defective products or components. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Warranty Coverage
2.1 What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in hardware components provided by WeBuildPCs LTD.

  • Assembly-related defects caused by our team.

  • Software issues arising from pre-installed applications provided by us.

2.2 Duration of Coverage

The warranty period for custom-built PCs is 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified. Specific component warranties provided by manufacturers may extend beyond this period.

2.3 What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by user negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Software or operating system issues caused by user-installed programs.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or external factors like power surges.

  • Third-party hardware installed after delivery.

3. Warranty Claim Process
3.1 How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your product is defective, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@webuildpcs.co.uk with a description of the issue.

  2. Provide proof of purchase, including order number and date.

  3. Attach images or videos showing the problem for faster diagnosis.

3.2 Return Authorization

Once your claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3.3 Repair or Replacement

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective item.

  • Replace it with an equivalent product.

  • Issue a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

4. Shipping and Handling
4.1 Responsibility for Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items under warranty.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replaced items back to you.

4.2 Packaging

Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for items damaged during return shipping.

5. Extended Warranty

6. Limitation of Liability
