We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days (available for certain products).
All shipping methods are tracked for your convenience.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. General rates include:​

Free shipping on orders over £100 within the UK.

4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 UK Orders​

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Insured express shipping only for PCs)

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
4.2 International Orders

Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Note: Delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, and custom delays.

5. Order Processing
5.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom PC builds are shipped within 3-7 business days, allowing time for assembly, testing, and quality assurance.
5.2 Notifications
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor its progress.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the UK and selected international destinations. Some restrictions apply:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International shipping is subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
7.1 Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us at contact@webuildpcs.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item or from the estimated delivery date.

Provide photos and/or proof of damage for verification.
7.2 Resolutions

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Refunds for unclaimed orders will exclude original shipping costs.
