Refunds & Returns
Policy

1. Overview

At WeBuildPCs LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with this Refund and Return Policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Conditions for Return

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built PCs or parts modified to customer specifications.

  • Software or digital licenses that have been activated.

  • Clearance or sale items unless they are defective.

3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • If the product is returned due to a fault, shipping costs will be refunded.

3.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The returned item shows signs of use.

  • The return is initiated after the 14-day cooling-off period but within the agreed timeframe.

4. Return Process
4.1 How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact us at contact@webuildpcs.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and details about the reason for return.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided once the RMA number is issued.

4.2 Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during delivery.

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged; WeBuildPCs LTD is not liable for damage during return shipping.

5. Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility for Exchange

Products can be exchanged for identical items or alternatives of equal value if:

  • The original item is defective.

  • The exchange request is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

5.2 Exchange Process

Follow the same steps outlined in Section 4.1 to initiate an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1 Reporting Damage or Defects

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item for verification.

  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund.

7. Cancelling an Order
7.1 Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Contact us at support@webuildpcs.co.uk immediately.

7.2 After Dispatch

If the order has been dispatched, you may still return the item under the conditions outlined in Section 2.1.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
